Example of Cochrane log in portal
Resetting your password
- If you created an account with your email, click the "Forgot Password?" button on the login.
- If you created an account with an institution login, click "Login with..." and go through their portal to reset your password. MAGICapp does not have your login information if you sign up with an institution account.
Enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on Your Account
To enhance the security of your MAGICapp account, we recommend enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). MFA adds an extra layer of protection by requiring a verification code in addition to your password when logging in.
How to Enable MFA:
- Log in to your MAGICapp account
- Navigate to Account > Authenticator
- Follow the instructions to scan the QR code using an authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator)
- Enter the generated code to verify and complete the setup.
Once enabled, you will be prompted to enter a verification code each time you log in, ensuring that only you can access your account.
