Which ontologies/terminologies are used in the encoding of the EMR elements to be added under Key information

Modified on Thu, 22 Aug at 9:43 AM

We have started with a set list of elements you could add to the key infromation section of a recommendation. This is due to feasibility issues in our initial testing. We also believe this list will cover most needs.

If there are elements you do not see and that you would want in there, let us know.

All elements are tagged with codes from multiple ontologies/terminologies:

Lab tests: LOINC, NEKLAB (norwegian lab coding), SNOMED-CT and openEHR
Observations: LOINC, SNOMED-CT and openEHR
Medications: ATC, RxNorm, UMLS and
SNOMED-CT
Diagnose-groups: ICD-10, SNOMED-CT, MeSH
