Adding a RevMan5 file as a reference

Modified on Wed, 17 Jul at 12:58 PM

You can use your self made RevMan meta-analysis or published Cochrane Systematic reviews as a reference.

If you use published Systematic reviews, make sure you have the right license to use the content for your guideline.

Using self-made RevMan meta-analysis:

Remember to add your forest plots as figures before you save your file and upload it to MAGIC. If this is not done, the forrest plots will not show in the reference results.

Then upload the Revman file in magic

The forrest plots will show under the 'Results' tab

Cochrane reviews that are published:

For Cochrane reviews that are published, you find the datafile under 'Data and analyses'.

Click the 'Download statistical data' and you'll get the belonging RevMan file. Then follow the same steps as above.

Before doing this, make sure you have the right license to use the content for your guideline.
